Low FODMAP Diet in FD (PDS)
Functional Gastrointestinal DisordersThe goal of this dietary intervention study is to assess the efficacy and mechanisms of a low-FODMAP (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols) diet in functional dyspepsia patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: If a low-FODMAP diet can reduce dyspeptic complaints How a low-FODMAP diet can reduce dyspeptic complaints in functional dyspepsia (FD). Participants will follow a 6-week during low-FODMAP diet followed by powder reintroduction of 6 FODMAPs and 1 control substance.

Effects of Upper Back Strengthening and Postural Correction in Pregnant Females With Costal Rib...
Chest Pain1. Study will be a Non-Randomized clinical trial to check the effects of upper back strengthening and postural correction on pain, functional status and sleep quality in females with costal rib pain in 3rd trimester of pregnancy so that we can devise a treatment protocol for females during pregnancy suffering from costal rib pain. Duration of study was 6 months, Non-probability convenient sampling technique was used, subject following eligibility criteria from Avicenna Hospital were allocated in two groups, baseline assessment was done, Group A participants were given baseline treatment along with upper back strengthening and postural correction exercises, Group B participants were given baseline treatment along with no other specific treatment for 3 weeks. On 6th and 12th day, post intervention assessment was done via, Numeric Pain Rating Scale, Patient Specific Functional Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. 3 sessions per week were given, data was analyzed by using SPSS version 26.

Comparing Split-Body and Full-Body Resistance Training in Amateur Cricket Players
Sports Physical TherapyCricket is an extremely demanding sport. At an elite level, players are often required to perform at their limits of speed, agility, flexibility, endurance and strength. On top of all of this, players must maintain a high state of concentration in order to meet the tactical/mental demands of dealing with their opponents. In young cricket players, the most important attributes are high levels of skill. A long-term commitment to endurance and strength training is necessary to reach and maintain a player's full physical potential. The two primary objectives of the resistance program are to prevent injury and enhance the game's abilities. Strength plays a key role in all motor abilities, technical skills and tactical actions. Endurance performance capacity has long been recognized as an important prerequisite for on-field performance for Cricket players.

Expertise Asthma COPD Program With Digital Support
AsthmaThe aim EXACT@Home is to create an evidence-based health program using e.g. questionnaires, a digital health platform and multiple digital devices to further improve the assessment of patients diagnosed with severe asthma. By better charting treatable traits (e.g. poor adherence, physical inactivity, dysfunctional breathing), we expect to improve the indication for the use of biologics. One the devices that will be used is also a medicinal product: a digital inhaler, which monitors adherence and inhaler technique through its connected application and aims to improve adherence and inhaler technique with reminders and notifications. Next to this an activity tracker, hand-held spirometer and FeNO measuring device will be used. The information of the devices will be collected in a Personal Digital Healthcare Environment (PDHE). Patients diagnosed with severe asthma according to the regional asthma Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDTM) eligible for a treatment with biologics will be included. Half of the patients will immediately receive a biologic. The other half will first undergo the systematic assessment including home monitoring (=EXACT@home) and afterwards a treatment will be chosen based on this evaluation: optimization of treatable traits when present and/or biologics. The chosen treatment of both, the intervention and control group, will be evaluated during 11-12 months.

"Evaluation Of ALBA® Device for Upper Extremity Motor Function In Adults With Subacute And Chronic...
StrokeAs part of the rehabilitation techniques, robotic equipment has been introduced for the rehabilitation of the upper extremity with promising results. In this context, the ALBA® devise for the training of the upper extremity is used in this project. This randomized controlled trial will compare a control group (n=16) with an experimental group (n=16) of adults with hemiparesis secondary to an acquired brain lesion. A convenience sample of inpatient will be selected from Los Coihues clinic after concealing the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All participants will perform 45 minutes of training, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks, 20 sessions total. The control group will receive 100% conventional treatment while the experimental group will receive 20 minutes of conventional treatment associated with 25 minutes of ALBA® training. Assessments will be taken before training (t1), at 4 weeks (t2), and at 3 months (t3).
