Fractionated Busulfan Conditioning Regimen for Allo-HSCT in Non-remission Myeloid Malignancies
Myeloid MalignanciesThe goal of this single-arm phase II study is to test in patients with non-remission myeloid malignancies undergoing allogeneic hemopoietic stem-cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The main question it aims to answer are: The safety and efficacy of fractionated busulfan Combined With Chidamide/Fludarabine/Cytarabine(ChiFAB) conditioning regimen in increasing the overall survival rate in patients with non-remission myeloid malignancies after allo-HSCT. The efficacy of fractionated busulfan conditioning regimen in reducing the recurrence rate in patients with non-remission myeloid malignancies after allo-HSCT. Participants will receive fractionated busulfan-based ChiFAB conditioning regimen (busulfan 3.2mg/kg d-13, -12, 1.6mg/kg d-6~-3, fludarabine 35mg/m2 d-6~-2, cytarabine 1g/m2,d-6~-2, chidamide 30mg d-13,-10,-6,-3) before allo-HSCT.

Venetoclax in Addition to Sequential Conditioning With Fludarabine / Amsacrine / Ara-C (FLAMSA)...
Myelodysplastic SyndromesSecondary Acute Myeloid Leukemia1 moreThis trial aims to find the MTD of Venetoclax when added to Fludarabin, Amsacrine and Ara-C + Treosulfan and to evaluate whether the addition of Venetoclax to sequential conditioning with FLAMSA + Treosulfan is safe for allogeneic blood stem cell transplantation in patients with high-risk MDS, CMML or sAML (FLAMSAClax)

Immunotherapy and Radioembolisation for Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaHepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most intractable primary malignancies in the hepatobiliary and pancreatic tract with a poor overall survival worldwide. Unfortunately, the vast majority of hepatocellular carcinoma patients suffer from advanced unresectable or metastatic disease at diagnosis. Currently targeted therapy alone, or in combination with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor antagonist, is the standard first-line treatment for metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma. On the other hand, there is growing evidence suggesting that radiation therapy (external or internal) with or without immune checkpoint inhibitors can produce or even augment abscopal effect in which the tumours away from the radiation field also show significant tumour shrinkage. The underlying mechanism of eliciting abscopal effect includes the increased antigen presentation by the myeloid cells within the tumour stroma leading to enhanced tumour cell killing. Previous case reports showed that radiation therapy alone can induce abscopal effect in mice and human models. However, a robust and concrete evidence of abscopal effect with combinational immune checkpoint inhibitors and radioembolisation or external radiation therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma is still lacking. This study investigates the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitors and radioembolisation as first-line treatment for previously untreated metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma.

Parent-mediated and Telehealth Intervention for Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder
Autism Spectrum DisorderThis study has two purposes: Aim 1: To develop a Telehealth Early Intervention Program (TEIP) for children with ASD that will be carried out by parents at home when interact with their children; and to train parents in delivering developmental and behavioral techniques to their children. The participating families will be randomized in parallel to treatment and comparison groups for teaching the knowledge and techniques: (1) Treatment group: providing the training of TEIP for parents via telehealth modalities as they learn critical skills with their child with the goal of increasing multidimensional child developments. Intervention provider will provide the training for parent-child dyad interaction to work with parents to implement these strategies at home environment; and (2) Comparison group: provide general care consultation of child development for parents. Aim 2: To evaluate this program's effectiveness by measuring changes in a child's developments and behaviors. Investigator will evaluate child outcomes on the symptoms of ASD and multidimensional developmental functioning. Furthermore, investigator will measure the changes in the parent's knowledge and behaviors of parent-child interaction. Moreover, investigator will determine if parental participation in the intervention is associated with an improvement in parenting competences and decreased levels of stress.

Oral Nutritional Supplementation and Community-dwelling Older Adults: a Feasibility Study
MalnutritionHealthy AgingThe goal of this study is to assess the feasibility and acceptability to community-dwelling older adults of implementing a precise prescription of oral nutritional supplementation (the SPOONful intervention).

Phase 2 Clinical Trial of GH001 in Postpartum Depression
Postpartum DepressionThis study is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm Phase 2 clinical trial. Approximately 15 female participants with clinically diagnosed postpartum depression (PPD) will be included in this study. The participants will receive an individualized dosing regimen (IDR) with at least one and up to three doses of GH001 administered within a single day.

BIOlogic Augmented Repair of Complex Anal Fistula Using Acellular Matrix and/or Autologous Platelet-rich...
Anal FistulaThe purpose of this study is to compare the clinical effectiveness of augmenting surgical repair of complex anal fistula using autologous PRP and/or micronized acellular porcine urinary bladder matrix (UBM) to usual surgical care alone to prevent fistula recurrence or improve HRQoL, to compare the effects of augmenting surgical repair of complex anal fistula using autologous PRP and/or micronized acellular porcine urinary bladder matrix on early postoperative pain and fecal continence and to assess the cost utility of augmented complex fistula repair relative to usual surgical care

DOD Regulating Together Intervention
Autism Spectrum DisorderEmotion RegulationOur long-term goal is to validate Regulating Together (emotion regulation intervention) and improve psychosocial outcomes for youth with autism spectrum disorder and emotion dysregulation.

The Effects of Allicor on Patients After Coronary Arteria Revascularization Treatment
Myocardial IschemiaCoronary Artery Bypass Grafting2 moreCoronary revascularization interventions such as coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) are the standard of surgical treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia. However, up to 30% of patients experience complications of varying degrees within 12 months after the revascularization, or need for second intervention. Thus, it is necessary to search for additional approaches to the postoperative treatment of patients in order to improve the long-term results of revascularization treatment. Substances of natural origin with an anti-atherosclerotic effect have a good potential. These substances, as dietary supplements, can be taken by patients for a long time in conjunction with other prescribed medicines and treatments. Another valuable direction of investigations is the search for predictors of long-term cardiovascular complications after revascularization, which can be markers of inflammation and heteroplasmy levels of the patient's mitochondrial genome. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the intake of dietary supplement Allicor at a daily dose of 300 mg affects the frequency of long-term postoperative cardiovascular complications and re-intervention in patients after revascularization operations on the coronary arteries. The second goal is assessing the relationship between the grade monocytes inflammatory response and the level of heteroplasmy of the mitochondrial genome of blood leukocytes with the frequency of cardiovascular complications and re-interventions.

Daily Adaptive Radiation Therapy Using an Individualized Approach for Prostate Cancer
Prostate CancerThis trial is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center clinical trial designed to assess whether adaptive radiotherapy with urethral sparing for low to intermediate risk localized prostate cancer will translate into a decreased rate of patient reported acute urinary side effects, as measured by the patient reported EPIC-26 questionnaire, compared with the historically reported rate for non-adaptive, non-urethral sparing prostate SBRT.
