Budesonide was safely used as a nasal wash in cases of nasal polyps, our aim to determine If intrapolyp injection is a better method for delivering budesonide.

Minocycline, acting as a broad-spectrum antibiotic, is among tetracycline family and recently, its immunomodulatory and anti-apoptosis function has been replied to several immune diseases and degenerative diseases. The participants whom undergo Polysomnography study (Sleep study) and are found to have mild, moderate or severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) will have two consecutive titration nights. Randomly, they'll do (CPAP) titration followed by (HFNC) titration or vice versa. To explore the possibility of the CPAP not being superior to HFNC in reduction of sleep apnea events.

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) has developed the Relationships, Education, Advancement, and Development for Youth for Life (READY4Life) Program. This is a 16-hour program for immigrants/refugees, ages 14 to 24. The program is designed to help young immigrants and refugees prepare for a successful life in the United States. The program is taught by USCRI program staff and is being implemented at eight sites across the U.S.: Cleveland, Ohio; Colchester, Vermont; Des Moines, Iowa; Miami, Florida; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Raleigh, North Carolina; Saint Paul, Minnesota; and Twin Falls, Idaho. The project also includes a rigorous evaluation component, featuring a Randomized Control Trial (RCT) design.

This phase I clinical trial is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of VLP Peanut in healthy subjects and in subjects with peanut allergy (PA). This clinical trial will evaluate the immunotoxicity profile of VLP Peanut in healthy subjects and assess the immunotoxicity profile and the degree of reactogenicity (allergenicity) in subjects with PA. This clinical trial will also explore preliminary proof of efficacy of VLP Peanut in subjects with PA.
