Comparison of 3 Ultrasonic Techniques for Measuring the Systolic Pressure Index
Peripheral Arterial DiseaseAtherosclerosis Obliterans2 moreContinuous Doppler ankle brachial index (ABI) is the gold standard for screening and monitoring of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) but is no longer carried out in clinical practice. The recommended measurement was gradually replaced by colour or pulsed Doppler without validation of these techniques. The objective of our study is to compare these two techniques (color Doppler and pulsed Doppler in echodoppler) with respect to the gold standard (continuous Doppler) for ABI measurement.

Primary Angioplasty for STEMI During COVID-19 Pandemic (ISACS-STEMI COVID-19) Registry
ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction Undergoing Mechanical ReperfusionThe ISACS STEMI COVID-19 has been established in response to the emerging outbreak of COVID-19 to provide a European overview to estimate the real impact of COVID-19 pandemic on treatment and outcome of STEMI by primary angioplasty, and to identify any potential category of patients at risk for delay to treatment or no presentation.

TMAO in Patients With Severe Aortic Stenosis
Aortic StenosisHeart FailureTrimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) has recently gained increasing scientific interest in the field of cardiovascular disease, including its role in cell protection against osmotic and hydrostatic stress. Aortic stenosis (AS) is the most common valvular heart disease, affecting about 7.6 million people over 75 years of age in North America and Europe alone. We hypothesized that TMAO plays a role in protection of the cardiomyocytes against pressure overload in patients with AS. The primary aim of this study is to assess the correlation between the serum and urine TMAO concentration, and (i) echocardiographic, (ii) biochemical and (iii) histopathological parameters of heart failure in patients with severe AS. The secondary aim of this study is to evaluate a correlation between the baseline TMAO concentrations and the post-treatment clinical status, as well as the post-treatment echocardiographic and biochemical parameters.

The Establishment and Analysis of the Clinical Prediction Model of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for...
StrokeElectronic health records of stroke convalescent patients will be selected from the third affiliated hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2012 to December 2019. Relevant clinical data will be extracted according to case data, and model-based decision tree analysis will be conducted to establish and evaluate the clinical prediction Model.

Assessing Best Medical Treatment Patterns of Patients With Symptomatic Peripheral Arterial Occlusive...
Peripheral Artery DiseaseIntermittent Claudication1 moreThis proposed study will be conducted to support real-world-evidence on the extent of best medical treatment for secondary prevention of patients with symptomatic peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD) for prevention of worsening limb symptoms or of major adverse cardiovascular events. The overall objective of this study is to gain a better understanding of patient characteristics, treatment patterns and outcomes in PAOD patients. For this purpose the investigators will analyze a patient population hospitalized either with intermittent claudication (IC) or chronic limb-threatening ischaemia (CLTI) while taking prior PAOD-related diagnoses in the outpatient setting into account. In detail, we study differentials according to age, calendar time, sex, disease severity and hospital procedure. Data were extracted from available German health insurance claims.

Accessory Pathwaystudy for discovering new criteria for localization of site of accessory pathway from surface ECG

Vascular Cardiotoxicity of Ponatinib
CardiotoxicityPre-clinical studies suggest that the third generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor ponatinib can result in microvascular angiopathy and acceleration of atherosclerosis. This study is intended to examine for myocardial microvascular angiopathy and changes in carotid plaque in patients receiving ponatinib as part of their clinical care.

Development of an Screening System in Children With Congenital Heart Disease Based on Cloud Computing...
Heart DiseasesThis study intends to establish an automatic system for screening on children with congenital heart disease, the system include the auscultation of cardiac murmur and the test of oxygen saturation, the data was analyzed based on the cloud computing.

Typical Atrial Flutter, Ablation Index and Point by Point Ablation
Typical Atrial FlutterThe Ablation of the typical atrial flutter can be considered substantially anatomical, the investigators want to test a protocol that foresees the use a lesion index (AI) and that respects the Inter-Lesion Distance (ILD) ≤ 6 mm on the cavo-tricuspid isthmus (CTI) The investigators want to prove how the introduction of a lesion index combined with the continuity of lesion can allow a "first pass block" of the CTI decreasing total Radio-Frequency (RF) times

IDH in Diabetic Haemodialysis Patients and Association With Dialytic Age
Intra-dialytic HypotensionIntradialytic hypotension (IDH ) is a serious and the most frequent complication of hemodialysis of the hemodialysis .Diabetes is associated with autonomic neuropathy which contribute to intradialytic hypotension
