Study to Evaluate Safety and PK of CHS-006 in Combination With Toripalimab in Patients With Advanced...
Advanced Solid TumorNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer1 moreThis phase 1 open-label study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of CHS-006 in combination with toripalimab in 2 phases. Phase 1 (Dose Optimization phase) will explore 2 different dose combinations in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors (except pancreatic) and Phase 2 (Indication-specific Expansion phase) will use one selected dose in specific tumor types (non-small cell lung cancer-non squamous [NSCLC-NS] and Hepatocellular carcinoma [HCC])

Organ Preservation With Durvalumab-based Immunotherapy in Combination With Chemoradiation as Definitive...
Esophagus AdenocarcinomaThe present clinical trial is a prospective, investigator-initiated, single-arm, open-label, multicenter phase II trial investigating whether a definite organ preservation therapy consisting of the combination of durvalumab with chemoradiation is an efficient and safe treatment option for early stage, cT1 and cT2N0, esophageal adenocarcinoma with indication for radical surgery.

A Study of TAR-200 in Combination With Cetrelimab or TAR-200 Alone Versus Intravesical Bacillus...
Bladder CancerThe purpose of this study is to compare event-free survival (EFS) in participants with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG)-naive high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (HR-NMIBC), including high-grade papillary Ta, any T1, or carcinoma in situ (CIS), between TAR-200 plus cetrelimab (Group A) and TAR-200 alone (Group C) versus intravesical BCG (Group B).

Shortened Course Adjuvant Radiotherapy Following TORS
Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is a single-arm, phase II study to establish the safety of reducing radiation dose in selected p16+ OPSCC patients receiving adjuvant radiation after TORS and neck dissection. This protocol also allows for sparing of the primary resection bed, in appropriate patients, as previously published by our group and found to be safe and effective.

Neoadjuvant Platform Trial in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
NSCLCThis study is being done to answer the following question: What are the effects of new treatments on non-small cell lung cancer before surgery?

Perioperative Chemotherapy Plus Trastuzumab Plus Toripalimab in HER2 Positive Locally Advanced Gastric...
Adenocarcinoma of the StomachAdenocarcinoma of Esophagogastric Junction1 moreThis study is a prospective, single arm, multi-center phase II clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of perioperative chemotherapy with FLOT regimen and trastuzumab in combination with toripalimab in participants with resectable HER2 positive locally advanced gastric or esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.

A Study of LP-168 in Participants With Relapse or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center Phase 2 study of oral LP-168 in patients with mantle cell lymphoma who are failed or relapsed after remission or intolerated to Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.

CD7 CAR-T for Patients With r/r CD7+ T-ALL/T-LBL
NeoplasmsHematologic Neoplasms2 moreThis is a single-arm, open-label, single-center, phase I study. The primary objective is to evaluate the safety of CD7 CAR-T therapy for patients with CD7-positive relapsed or refractory T-ALL/LBL, and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of CD7 CAR-T in patients.

A Study of MS-553 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma
Relapsed or Refractory B-cell LymphomaDiffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)5 moreThis is a Phase I/II, single-arm, multicenter, open-label study which is divided into two portions: Phase I is dose escalation portion, in which subjects with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma will be enrolled except malignant lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) and Burkitt lymphoma. After the RP2D is identified, Phase II of subjects with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma who previously received ≥ 2 and ≤ 4 different chemotherapy and/or targeted drug therapy will be enrolled.

Combining Radiation Therapy With Immunotherapy for the Treatment of Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma...
Clinical Stage IV HPV-Mediated (p16-Positive) Oropharyngeal Carcinoma AJCC v8Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma9 moreThis phase III trial compares pembrolizumab with radiation therapy to pembrolizumab without radiation therapy (standard therapy) given after pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy for the treatment of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Pembrolizumab is a type of immunotherapy that stimulates the body's immune system to fight cancer cells. Pembrolizumab targets and blocks a protein called PD-1 on the surface of certain immune cells called T-cells. Blocking PD-1 triggers the T-cells to find and kill cancer cells. Radiation therapy uses high-powered rays to kill cancer cells. Giving radiation with pembrolizumab may be more effective at treating patients with metastatic head and neck cancer than the standard therapy of giving pembrolizumab alone.
