Clinical Study of UTAA06 Injection in the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia...

Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This is a single-arm, open-label, dose-escalation study to explore the safety, efficacy, and cytodynamic characteristics of the drug, and to initially observe the efficacy of the drug in subjects with relapsed/refractory B7-H3-positive acute myeloid cell line leukemia.

CRISPR-Edited Allogeneic Anti-BCMA CAR-T Cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple...

Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

This is a Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety of CB-011 (the study treatment), an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-T) cell therapy that targets the B cell maturation antigen (BCMA), to determine the best dose of CB-011, and to assess the effectiveness of CB-011 in treating multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or that is no longer responding to other treatment (refractory).

DETERMINE (Determining Extended Therapeutic Indications for Existing Drugs in Rare Molecularly Defined...

Solid TumorHaematological Malignancy

DETERMINE is an open-label phase II/III trial. It will look at targeted treatments in rare cancers or common cancers with rare genetic change (mutation). Participants must have a cancer with an identified mutation. This could be found during routine testing or as part of another research programme. The DETERMINE trial will recruit adults, teenagers and children. If a drug is found to benefit a new patient group, the study team will work with the NHS and the Cancer Drugs Funds to see if these drugs can be available for patients in the future. This clinicaltrials.gov record refers to the Overall Trial Protocol (Master Screening Record), additional records will be added to clinicaltrials.gov for each treatment arm.

Clinical Trial With Local Decitabine Treatment of HPV-Induced VIN Grade 2/3 (DelVIN)

Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia Grade 2Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia Grade 3

This is a multicentre open labelled phase I trial evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of local decitabine treatment of human papillomavirus (HPV)-induced vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) grade 2/3. The main purpose and primary objective of the study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of VTD-101 ointment for the topical treatment of HPV-induced VIN grade 2/3. The RP2D is defined as the dose that is safe, tolerable and effective. Corresponding endpoints are the rate of patients experiencing at least one dose limiting toxicity (DLT) and the rate of patients with clinical complete or partial response (cCR/cPR) according to adapted RECIST criteria. Secondary objectives are to further characterize the efficacy of topical treatment with VTD-101 ointment, to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of topical treatment with VTD-101 ointment, and to evaluate quality of life (QoL) in patients treated with VTD-101 ointment.

Study of the CHK1 Inhibitor BBI-355, an ecDNA-directed Therapy, in Subjects With Tumors With Oncogene...

Non-small Cell Lung CancerNon-Small Cell Lung Adenocarcinoma9 more

BBI-355 is an orally available, potent, and selective checkpoint kinase 1 (or CHK1) small molecule inhibitor in development as an ecDNA (extrachromosomal DNA) directed therapy (ecDTx). This is a first-in-human, open-label, non-randomized, 3-part, Phase 1/2 study to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose and recommended Phase 2 dose of BBI-355 administered as a single agent or in combination with select therapies.

IN10018+ Standard Chemotherapy (+KN046) in Subjects With Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic Cancer

This study is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm, phase Ib/II clinical study comprising two phases: dose confirmation phase and dose expansion phase. The objective of the dose confirmation phase is to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of IN10018+ standard chemotherapy (albumin-bound paclitaxel + gemcitabine) and IN10018 + KN046 + standard chemotherapy in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer. The dose expansion phase will further explore the antitumor activities and safety of combination therapy in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer.
