
Imaging FDG Flare in Melanoma
Metastatic MelanomaUp to 35 adult patients with metastatic melanoma will be enrolled in this study with a target enrollment of 30 evaluable subjects who complete the baseline and an approximately 3 week FDG PET/CT scans, they may also complete an FDG PET/CT after 10 weeks of pembrolizumab therapy. Subjects may also be a part of the Penn Melanoma Tissue Collection Program and then will be asked to have one additional tumor biopsy and one additional blood draw for the purposes of this imaging study. Subjects who are eligible for this imaging protocol will undergo a baseline FDG PET/CT scan as part of their clinical restaging prior to starting new therapy. A research FDG PET/CT will take place approximately 3 weeks post-therapy and a 3rd FDG PET/CT scan will be done at more than 10 weeks after starting pembrolizumab, this scan may be done as a clinical scan for evaluation of response or restaging after therapy, however, if it is not ordered as a clinical scan it will be done as a research scan. Changes in FDG uptake will be correlated with blood and tissue results from the patient's medical records and from the data collected as part of the Penn Melanoma Tissue Collection Program and with long term outcomes including progression free and overall survival.

Social Cognition and Brain Integrity in Survivors of Pediatric Medulloblastoma
MedulloblastomaSurvivors of pediatric medulloblastoma (MB) are at-risk for neurocognitive and social deficits, including specific skills such as facial affect recognition which is the ability to recognize the emotional expressions of another person. Because the underlying mechanisms of these deficits are poorly understood, the investigators propose to examine social-cognitive skills (i.e. facial affect recognition) and indices of brain integrity, including an established core neural network of face perception in MB survivors and healthy controls. By comparing these outcomes between survivors of MB and healthy controls, investigators seek to identify the areas of the brain that help individuals recognize emotions. Primary Objective: To evaluate social cognition in adolescent and young adult survivors of pediatric medulloblastoma. Secondary Objective: To examine indices of brain integrity and function and their association with facial affect recognition in survivors of pediatric medulloblastoma.

A Study to Collect Data About Analgesia in Patients With Bone Metastasis
Bone MetastasisUp to 180 patients with bone metastasis and requiring analgesic treatment will be followed during 4 to 10 weeks. All patients will continue to receive their cancer therapeutic treatments and be treated for pain relief exactly as they would normally be by the Investigator based on their needs. During their regular visits to the Investigator, patients will complete questionnaires and Clinical Pain Assessments.

CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell LungThe objectives of this study are to assess molecular testing, treatment patterns, and associated outcomes among patients with EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) mutation-positive locally advanced or advanced NSCLC (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer) who have progressed on or after EGFR-TKI (EGFR-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor) therapy post availability of a third-generation TKI (primary study cohort). Additionally, molecular testing and treatment patterns will be assessed among a secondary cohort of patients which will include patients diagnosed with de-novo EGFR T790M mutation-positive locally advanced or advanced NSCLC.

Early Detection of Lung Cancer With Low-dose Multislice Computed Tomography
Lung CancerLung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related death in Taiwan. Early diagnosis of lung cancer may improve cancer survival. Low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) was thought to be the best screening tool for lung cancer. However, there is growing concerns about radiation exposure, high cost, and high rate of false-positive screening result. Epidemiologic studies from western countries showed that cigarette smoking is the major cause of lung cancer, and other risk factors may include age, environmental pollution, occupational exposures (included of radon exposure), gender, race, and pre-existing lung diseases. Adenocarcinoma is the major type of lung cancer in Taiwan and is less attributable to smoking. The investigators need a different risk prediction model adapted to the investigators country. National Taiwan University Hospital Chu-Tung Branch initiated the lung cancer screening by LDCT since June 2015. Many people can get the LDCT screening with affordable price with the subsidy from enterprise donation. The purpose of this study is observing those participants with 2-year follow-up. Furthermore, those data may connect with another study of "Low dose computed tomography screening study in nonsmoker with risk factors for lung cancer in Taiwan" (Non-smoker study)which is implemented in other hospitals in Taiwan.For reality limiting, After one year, the enrollment rate was a lot lower than expected. We extended the enrollment time but only observe those participants for one year not two year..

NK Cell Activity in Smokers Screened for Lung Cancer
Lung CancerObjectives: To examine whether NK cell activity associates with two confirmed risk factors: (1) presence of indeterminate lung nodule(s) and (2) smoking exposure after controlling for potential confounders, including age, gender, body mass index (BMI), personal history of any cancer, and family history of cancer. This project is aimed at measuring NK cell activity, which may eventually help in reducing false positive rates of LDCT screening, improve early detection of lung cancer, and assist in risk assessment in patients with lung cancer. The investigators hypothesize that measurement of NK cell activity may be a useful tool for assessing changes in immunosurveillance in patients with conditions or diseases where NK cell activity has been shown to be reduced, such as lung cancer
