Osteoarthritis Shoulder Injection Study
Glenohumeral OsteoarthritisThe purpose of this study is to determine the most effective intraarticular steroid dose for the treatment of glenohumeral osteoarthritis. The investigators aim to randomize patients into low, medium, and high dose groups of injectable corticosteroids as these doses are typically used in the standard of care for our patients. To date there has been no study to evaluate which dose is most efficient with the fewest side effects for glenohumeral osteoarthritis. The investigators objective will be to provide ultrasound guided intraarticular glenohumeral injections of these randomized concentrations and to evaluate pain and function before and following injection with the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). The investigators hypothesize that the low dose steroid will provide equivalent improvement of the pain and function to the medium and high doses, while minimizing side effects.

Posterior Approach to Total Shoulder Arthroplasty
Total Shoulder ArthroplastyOsteo Arthritis ShouldersThe purpose of this study is to evaluate preoperative objective measurements and operative objective measurements to determine if there is any effect to postoperative outcomes. Patients who were 18 years old or greater at the time of surgery were followed clinically and radiographically to determine best practice and optimal treatment and technique, risk and rate of complication, and postoperative outcomes.

ATTUNE Cementless FB Tibial Base Clinical Study
Osteoarthritis of the KneeThis is a prospective, multi-center, non-randomized, single arm observational study. The primary objective of this clinical investigation is to evaluate functional responder rates with an objective performance criteria (OPC) of 85% as measured by the KOOS questionnaire for the first 225 tibia (CR FB and PS FB combined) implanted with the ATTUNE Cementless FB tray (primary and revision procedures) and will be analyzed when these patients have passed the 1 year preferred post-op window.

Hand Osteoarthritis: Investigating Pain Trajectories and Association With Biomarkers Including Estrogen...
Hand OsteoarthritisAdults with painful hand osteoarthritis are invited to take part in this observational cohort study. The course of hand pain can vary and is not well understood - some people seem to have short episodes of worsening pain ('flares') and the trend (or 'trajectory') over a longer period of time may be of improvement, staying stable or worsening. The study aims to identify and define different pain trajectories in hand OA, including factors which may predict the future course of pain in the condition. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, currently all study related activities are being carried out remotely (online, by post, by phone).

The Halland Osteoarthritis Cohort
OsteoarthritisKnee2 moreOsteoarthritis is the most common musculoskeletal disease and is characterized by cartilage destruction, osteophyte formation, subchondral bone sclerosis and cysts. Modern treatment strategies, as well as preventive measures, include early detection and knowledge of the early course of the disease. This includes how stress patterns, physical activity, impaired function and metabolic changes and other comorbidities affect development and possible associations with osteoarthritis. The overall objective was to study the early development of osteoarthritis of the knee and its association with hand- and general osteoarthritis, metabolic diseases, biomarkers, long-term pain, physical function and stress patterns

3-year, Open-Label Study Evaluating Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of Lorecivivint in Subjects...
Osteoarthritis of the KneeThis study is designed as a 3-year, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of intra-articular (IA) Lorecivivint (LOR) in subjects with osteoarthritis of the knee in a real-world setting.

A Multicentre Observational Study to Evaluate Clinical Outcomes of the G7 Acetabular System
Noninflammatory Degenerative Joint DiseaseRheumatoid ArthritisThe primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical and radiographic performance of the G7 Acetabular Cup System.

Ascension® Humeral Resurfacing Arthroplasty Follow-Up Study
Shoulder Arthritis OsteoarthritisRheumatoid Arthritis Shoulder3 moreIt is a non-randomized, consecutive enrollment, 10-year follow-up study of patients who are treated with the Ascension® HRA. Its purpose is to measure and document the outcomes associated with implanting the Ascension HRA prosthesis. Patients will be periodically assessed to collect data related to safety and effectiveness endpoints at the following intervals: preoperative, surgery/immediate post-op, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year, 5 year, and 10 years.

Autologous Adipose-Derived Stromal Cells Delivered Intra-articularly in Patients With Osteoarthritis....
OsteoarthritisThis will be an open-label, non-randomized, multi-center, patient sponsored study of Adipose-Derived Stromal Vascular Fraction (AD-SVF) implantation performed intra-articularly to affected joints. The intent of this clinical study is to answer the questions: 1) Is the proposed treatment safe and 2) Is treatment effective in improving the disease pathology of patients with diagnosed Osteoarthritis.
