Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Combination With TS-1+Cisplatin or TS-1+Oxaliplatin...
Gastric CancerThe purpose of this study is to estimate overall response rates (ORRs) of pembrolizumab + oxaliplatin + TS-1 and pembrolizumab + cisplatin + TS-1, as first-line treatment for gastric cancer in programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/neu)-negative participants with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
Efficacy and Safety of Apatinib Combined With S-1 for Patients With Advance Gastric Cancer
Gastric CancerThis is a single-arm, interventional study aimed to observe the efficacy and safety of Apatinib combined with S-1 for patients with advanced gastric cancer refractory to oxaliplatin plus capecitabine combination therapy
Study About no Antimicrobial Prophylaxis in Totally Laparoscopic Distal Gastrectomy
Gastric CancerComplication of Surgical ProcedureLaparoscopic gastrectomy has fewer infectious complications compared to open surgery. Recently, the incidence of postoperative infectious complications was greatly reduced due to the development of surgical techniques and improvement of prevention and control of surgical infection. Previous multicenter, phase II study (KSWEET-01) revealed that the incidence of infectious complications of laparoscopic gastrectomy without prophylactic antibiotics was not significantly higher than previously reported data. Therefore, this study aim to prove the safety of totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy without prophylactic antibiotics, specially reference to the postoperative infectious complications.
An Open Label Study of Bavituximab and Pembrolizumab in Advanced Gastric and GEJ Cancer Patients...
Gastric CancerGastroEsophageal CancerThis study evaluates the combination of bavituximab and pembrolizumab in the treatment of gastric and gastroesphogeal cancer. All patients will receive both bavituximab, a drug that is not yet approved by the FDA, and pembrolizumab known as Keytruda. There is no expanded access program available for the investigational agents per this protocol.
Robotic Total Gastrectomy for Locally Advanced Proximal Gastric Cancer
Stomach NeoplasmsThe purpose of this study is to explore the clinical Efficacy of robotic assisted spleen-preserving No. 10 lymph node dissection for patients with locally advanced upper third gastric adenocarcinoma(cT2-4a, N-/+, M0).
A Study of BBI608 Plus Weekly Paclitaxel to Treat Gastric and Gastro-Esophageal Junction Cancer...
Gastric CancerGastroesophageal Junction CancerThe purpose of this study is to find out whether it is better to receive a new drug, BBI608, in addition to paclitaxel chemotherapy or better to receive paclitaxel chemotherapy alone as second line treatment for gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancer after prior first line platinum and fluoropyrimidine based chemotherapy.
Trastuzumab Plus Docetaxel and Capecitabine For First Line Treatment of Her2-Positive Advanced Gastric...
Stomach NeoplasmsNeoplasms Metastasis1 morePatients with inoperable, locally advanced or recurrent and/or HER2-positive metastatic gastric or gastro-esophageal junction cancer, with no prior treatment for metastatic disease are to be recruited in the study. In the current study, the efficacy and safety of Trastuzumab in combination with Capecitabine/Docetaxel will be evaluated in Chinese patients with HER2 positive advanced or recurrent gastric cancer.60 patients could provide adequate precision rather than controlling type I&II error. Assuming the target PFS is 6.7m, 60 patients will give 90% CI of (5.5, 8.4). Considering the 5% drop out rate, 65 patients will be enrolled.
A Phase II Trial of Perioperative Chemotherapy With Oxaliplatin, 5-Fluorouracil, Leucovorin(MODIFIED...
Advanced Gastric CancerThe role of perioperative chemotherapy in potentially operable advanced gastric cancer (AGC) with regional lymph node metastasis is still in the area of controversy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of folinic acid (FA), infusional 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), and oxaliplatin (modified FOLFOX6) in potentially resectable AGC with regional lymph node (LN) metastasis.
Intraperitoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy in Gastric Cancer
Gastric CancerA prospective series of patients with recurrent gastric cancer will be treated with three cycles of chemotherapy (doxorubicin and cisplatin) instilled into the abdominal cavity in the form of an aerosol under pressure via laparoscopy. The efficacy of this treatment will be assessed by computed tomography, tumor marker studies, and survival. Also, the safety of the procedure will be assessed.
Dovitinib for Gastric Cancer With FGFR2 Amplification: GASDOVI-1
Gastric CancerThis is a single-center, prospective, single-arm, open-label phase II study
