This study evaluates the application of 3D-printed template for iodine-125 seed implantation therapy in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Half of participants will receive 3D-printed coplanar template, while the other half will receive 3D-printed non-coplanar template.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest tumor types, there is no effective treatment method clinically. Recently radical surgical resection is recommended for this cancer, How to improve the survival rate of patients is the doctors' goals . Postoperative chemotherapy can partly raise post-operative survival rate. the purpose of this study is to three chemotherapy regimens(gemcitabine monotherapy, S-1 monotherapy and combining nab-paclitaxel with gemcitabine),which is best regimens for raising patients' survival rate, and will provide a chemotherapy choice for clinic therapy of pancreatic cancer.

This study will explore whether defactinib (a FAK inhibitor) can be safely and tolerably combined with pembrolizumab (a PD-1 inhibitor) and will look for early indications of improved anticancer immunotherapy. It will focus on three key cancers, all in clear need of improved therapies - NSCLC, pancreatic cancer and mesothelioma.

The study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of SHR-1701 in combination with gemcitabine and albumin paclitaxel in first-line treatment of subjects with advanced/metastatic pancreatic cancer, and determine the RP2D for SHR-1701 in the combined regimen.

The investigators want to study whether the use of painting art therapy has an influence on the quality of life, the complication rate and the general outcome of major abdominal surgery. The painting art therapy is carried out according to the protocol of (LOM® Solution Centered Art Therapy) by trained painting art therapists.
