Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy and Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Esophagogastric Junction and Gastric...

Gastric CancerStomach Neoplasm

For locally advanced esophagogastric junction and gastric cancer (cT3-4aNxM0 or cT2N+M0), neoadjuvant chemotherapy can downstage T and N stage, treated distant micrometastases early before local therapy has begun, and finally improve the long-term survival. Combination of perioperative PD-1 antibody and chemotherapy for locally advanced esophagogastric junction and gastric cancer could be a novel therapy to increase response rate and reduce recurrence rate. JS001 in this study is a Chinese anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody for injection which has been approved for melanoma. This study is a multi-center, open-label, randomized phase II clinical trial to evaluate safety and efficacy of JS001 in combination with perioperative chemotherapy in locally advanced esophagogastric junction and gastric cancer. Differences in gut microbiome and tumor immune microenvironment were detected to screen people who were more sensitive to immunotherapy.

CKD-702 Plus Irinotecan in Gastric Cancer

Gastric Cancer

CKD-702 is a tetravalent bispecific IgG1 targeting hepatocyte growth factor receptor (MET) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The investigators will test a hypothesis that CKD-702 may augment the efficacy of biweekly irinotecan as a 3L or later therapy for gastric cancer overexpressing either MET or EGFR.

Sintilimab Combined With Modified FLOT Regimen in the Treatment of Metastatic Gastric Cancer

Gastric CancerChemotherapy Effect1 more

This is a prospective, one-arm, single-center phase II study. The objective was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic PD-1 antibody Sintilimab combined with modified FLOT regimen in the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer. To compare the time of maintenance of treatment after induction of chemotherapy with sintilimab combined with modified FLOT regimen until the reapplication of induction regimen with or without the combination of sintilimab, and the time of secondary progression after signing informed consent until the reapplication of induction regimen with or without the combination of sintilimab.

Clinical Study of VG161 Combined With Nivolumab Injection in Patients With Advanced Metastatic Gastric...

Metastatic Gastric Cancer

VG161 is a recombinant human-IL12/15/PDL1B oncolytic HSV-1 injection. This study will be conducted in combination with nivolumab injection in HSV seropositive subjects with advanced metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma who have previously received two or more systemic treatment regimens (which must include anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies). This is an open-label study divided into two parts. Part 1: This part is an escalating dose trial to explore the safety of the combination and determine the recommended safe dose of the combination. Part 2: This part is an extension trial to investigate the preliminary efficacy of the combination at a safe dose.
