A Study to Evaluate Treatment of Hepatitis C Virus Infection in Pediatric Subjects
Chronic Hepatitis C InfectionThis was a Phase 2/3, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), efficacy, and safety of ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir (OBV/PTV/RTV) with or without dasabuvir (DSV) and with or without ribavirin (RBV) in Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 or 4 (GT1 or GT4)-infected pediatric participants of ≥ 3 to 17 years of age.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir with or without dasabuvir in adults with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1a (GT1a) or genotype 4 (GT4) infection and with severe kidney impairment or end-stage kidney disease.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)A Phase 3b, single arm, open-label, multicenter study in treatment naïve adults with chronic HCV infection and compensated cirrhosis to assess the safety of 8 weeks of treatment with glecaprevir/pibrentasvir and to demonstrate the efficacy of the sustained virologic response 12 weeks post dosing (SVR12) rates of 8 weeks of treatment with glecaprevir/pibrentasvir compared to the historical SVR12 rates of 12 weeks of treatment with glecaprevir/pibrentasvir.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)The objectives of this study are to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of glecaprevir/pibrentasvir adult formulation in adolescents ages 12 to 17 years and a pediatric formulation of glecaprevir and pibrentasvir in children ages 3 to < 12 years.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of glecaprevir/pibrentasvir (ABT-493/ABT-530) in chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT)1 to GT6-infected Asian participants with compensated cirrhosis with or without human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) co-infection who are HCV treatment-naïve or treatment-experienced with interferon (IFN) (alpha, beta or pegylated interferon [pegIFN]) with or without ribavirin (RBV) OR sofosbuvir with RBV with or without IFN.

Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of TG-2349 in Subjects With Hepatitis C Infection
Hepatitis CChronicA Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Open-label, Dose-ranging Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of TG-2349 in Combination with Peg-interferon and Ribavirin in Treatment Naïve East Asian Subjects with Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Genotype 1b Infection.

Efficacy and Safety Study of Simeprevir in Combination With Sofosbuvir in Subjects With Chronic...
Chronic Hepatitis CGenotype 4 Chronic Hepatitis CThe purpose of this study is to show superiority of simeprevir (SMV) in combination with sofosbuvir for 12 weeks versus a historical control. Historical control will be a composite of the observed historical sustained virological response at Week 12 (SVR12) rates of SMV in combination with (pegylated) interferon (PegIFN)/ribavirin (RBV) of the subpopulations in study HPC3011 (NCT01567735) and will depend on the percentage of treatment-naive, prior relapser, prior non-responder, interferon (IFN)-intolerant and other subjects enrolled in this study.

A Randomized, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Ombitasvir/ABT-450/Ritonavir...
Hepatitis C VirusThe purpose of this study in HCV genotype 4-infected participants with compensated cirrhosis is to assess the safety and to compare the percentage of participants achieving a 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12), [HCV ribonucleic acid (RNA) < lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) 12 weeks following treatment], to a clinically relevant threshold [based on SVR rates for HCV genotype 4-infected participants treated with pegylated interferon (pegIFN)/RBV].

Chronic Hepatitis cThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of ASC16 after 3-single dose(50mg、100mg、200mg) or fixed continuous dose(200mg) in healthy volunteers.

Elbasvir (EBR)/Grazoprevir (GZR) in Pediatric Participants With Chronic Hepatitis C Infection (MK-5172-079)...
HCV InfectionThe purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and efficacy of oral MK-5172 (a fixed dose combination [FDC] tablet containing elbasvir [EBR] 50 mg and grazoprevir [GZR] 100 mg) and EBR/GZR (varying doses) pediatric granules in pediatric hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected participants who are 3 to <18 years of age. Within each age cohort (Cohort 1: 12 to <18 years of age; Cohort 2: 7 to <12 years of age; and Cohort 3: 3 to <7 years of age), a Mini Cohort of 7 participants will be enrolled first. For the oldest cohort (Cohort 1), the Mini Cohort will assess ability to swallow a placebo tablet prior to administering active FDC tablets; participants in Cohorts 2 and 3 will take pediatric granules instead of a tablet.
