In present study, we aimed to investigate the association between erectile function severity of serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin-D and cut-off level to treat men with erectile dysfunction.

HIV infection is associated to premature decline of serum testosterone. However, prevalence and biochemical characterization of hypogonadism in HIV-infected men are still to be well defined. HIV-infection is strongly associated to erectile dysfunction in men, but preliminary data suggest that it is poorly associated with serum testosterone in this context.

Background: The aim of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of Power Doppler in order to improve the diagnostic work up of veno-occlusive erectile dysfunction patients. This procedure is an invasive procedure and can cause various complications. Obstructive sleep apnea has been linked to erectile dysfunction. Furthermore, small studies suggest that treatment of sleep apnea by continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) may reverse erectile dysfunction in affected patients. The present study aims to investigate in a larger cohort if severe sleep apnea is independently associated with erectile dysfunction and if 6-12 months of CPAP therapy lead to an improvement of erectile dysfunction.

The aim of the study was to investigate whether daily 5 mg tadalafil over eight weeks affects to Lymphocyte/Monocyte ratio (LMR) and Monocyte/High-Density Lipoprotein ratio (MHR) in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Thirty-one patients with organic ED and 31 healthy controls between July 2017 and November 2018 were included in this retrospective study. To avoid bias, the patients were randomly selected and the controls were also incorporated consecutively. The presence of ED was determined according to the International Erectile Function Index-5 (IIEF-5). The patients and the controls were evaluated in terms of IIEF-5, complete blood count, serum biochemistry, LMR, and MHR.
