Ropidoxuridine in Treating Patients With Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer Undergoing Radiation Therapy...
Advanced Bile Duct CarcinomaStage II Esophageal Cancer AJCC v739 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of ropidoxuridine in treating patients with gastrointestinal cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment undergoing radiation therapy. Ropidoxuridine may help radiation therapy work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the radiation therapy.
Pazopanib Hydrochloride in Treating Patients With Progressive Carcinoid Tumors
Atypical Carcinoid TumorForegut Neuroendocrine Tumor G16 moreThis randomized phase II trial studies how well pazopanib hydrochloride works in treating patients with carcinoid tumors that are growing, spreading, or getting worse. Pazopanib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Phase 1/2 Study of the Highly-selective RET Inhibitor, Pralsetinib (BLU-667), in Participants With...
RET-altered Non Small Cell Lung CancerMedullary Thyroid Cancer46 moreThis is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antineoplastic activity of pralsetinib (BLU-667) administered orally in participants with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), RET-altered NSCLC and other RET-altered solid tumors.
Surgical Debulking Prior to Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy in Well Differentiated Gastroenteropancreatic...
Digestive System Neuroendocrine Tumor G1Digestive System Neuroendocrine Tumor G24 moreThis phase IV trial evaluates how well giving standard of care (SOC) peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) after SOC surgical removal of as much tumor as possible (debulking surgery) works in treating patients with grade 1 or 2, somatostatin receptor (SSTR) positive, gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) that have spread from where they first started (primary site) to the liver (hepatic metastasis). Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate is a radioactive drug that uses targeted radiation to kill tumor cells. Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate includes a radioactive form (an isotope) of the element called lutetium. This radioactive isotope (Lu-177) is attached to a molecule called dotatate. On the surface of GEP-NET tumor cells, a receptor called a somatostatin receptor binds to dotatate. When this binding occurs, the lutetium Lu 177 dotatate drug then enters somatostatin receptor-positive tumor cells, and radiation emitted by Lu-177 helps kill the cells. Giving lutetium Lu 177 dotatate after surgical debulking may better treat patients with grade 1/2 GEP-NETs
Spanish Series of Patients Treated With the Radionuclide Lutetium177
Neuroendocrine TumorsIntestinal Neoplasms18 moreThis study aims to pool the clinical experience of Spanish centers treating patients with 177Lu-DOTATATE to evaluate the efficacy, tolerance, and safety of the drug in routine clinical practice and to learn about the profiles of patients and tumors treated and the results in each type of patient and tumor.
Magnetic Sentinel Lymph Node Mapping in Upper Gastro-Intestinal Cancer: A Feasibility Clinical Investigation...
Gastric CancerEsophageal CancerThis is a multi-centre, partially blinded, side-by-side comparator study to assess the safety and tolerability, feasibility, and potential added diagnostic and clinical value of using the FerroTrace® and FerroMag Sentinel Lymph Node Mapping (SLNM) System for mapping sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) in subjects with gastric, gastric-oesophageal junction, and oesophageal cancers, consisting of a safety lead-in phase and an expansion phase.

Colorectal NeoplasmsIntestinal NeoplasmsThis study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with trastuzumab and chemotherapy in Patients with HER2-positive advanced colorectal cancer
A Phase I Study of Adagrasib and Durvalumab for Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancers...
Lung CancerGastro-intestinal CancerTo find a recommended dose of the combination of adagrasib and durvalumab that can be given to patients with cancers that have a KRAS G12C mutation.
Palliative Primary Tumor Resection in Minimally Symptomatic Patients With Colorectal Cancer and...
Colorectal NeoplasmsIntestinal Neoplasms12 moreCurrently, the question remains whether palliative primary tumor resection could improve overall survival of minimally symptomatic patients with colorectal cancer and synchronous unresectable metastases. The aim of this study is to determine if there is an improvement in overall survival of palliative primary tumor resection followed by chemotherapy in minimally symptomatic patients with colorectal cancer and synchronous unresectable metastases compared to those of upfront chemotherapy/radiotherapy alone.
SGM-101 in Colorectal Brain Metastases.
Rectal NeoplasmsRectum Cancer11 moreThis study assesses the feasibility of SGM-101, a fluorochrome-labeled anti-carcinoembryonic antigen monoclonal antibody, for intraoperative near-infrared fluorescence imaging of colorectal brain metastases by injecting SGM-101 intravenously 3 - 5 days prior to surgery.
