Ritlecitinib in CTCL

CTCLMycosis Fungoides1 more

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ritlecitinib in skin and blood in persons with Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL). CTCL is a rare type of cancer that starts in the white blood cells and eventually can result in rashes or tumors in the skin. This study includes a 24 week Treatment Period and a 24 week Follow-up Period. This study will involve physical examinations, visual assessments, laboratory tests, PET-CT scans, electrocardiograms, photographs of your skin, skin biopsies, and hearing tests.

Anti-fungal Strategies in Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure Patients

Antifungal AgentsInvasive Fungal Infections2 more

Early treatment of invasive fungal infections (IFI) may prevent undue mortality in acute on chronic liver failure (ACLF) patients. We aim to study the impact of early empiric treatment (based on clinical suspicion) of IFI as compared to pre-emptive treatment (based on biomarkers and culture positivity) on the outcomes in ACLF patients with suspected IFI in a randomized trial. The ACLF patients with clinically suspected IFI would be randomly allocated to empiric treatment or pre-emptive treatment group and followed up clinically to assess the impact on survival, clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness and safety of such an approach. The protocol is designed to cut- down unnecessary usage and to curtail the duration of antifungals use in ICUs based on biomarkers/culture-driven stoppage rules. The results will fuel further studies on formal cost-effective analysis and antimicrobial stewardship protocols in ACLF patients.

Photopheresis in Early-stage Mycosis Fungoides

Cutaneous T Cell LymphomaMycosis Fungoides

The purpose of this study is to determine whether photopheresis therapy can be used to improve the clinical course of early stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Currently, photopheresis is performed as a palliative treatment for late stage CTCL. However, recent studies have demonstrated that patients with early stage CTCL may have markers in their blood which were previously observed primarily in late stage disease, such as clonal T cell populations. Considering these findings, the study aims to investigate whether photopheresis therapy may be used earlier in the disease course to produce a clinical response.

A Study of MT-101 in Subjects With CD5+ Relapsed/Refractory TCL

LymphomaT-Cell7 more

This is a Phase 1/2 study to test the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the investigational agent MT-101 in patients with T cell Lymphoma. MT-101 is made with myeloid cells collected from the patient's blood. The myeloid cells are modified and later infused back into their veins. The modified myeloid cells recognize the tumor cells and are designed to target and kill them.

Extracorporeal Photopheresis and Mogamulizumab for the Treatment of Erythrodermic Cutaneous T Cell...

Folliculotropic Mycosis FungoidesPrimary Cutaneous T-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma6 more

This phase II trial studies the effect of extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) and mogamulizumab in treating patients with erythrodermic cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), a type of skin lymphoma. CTCL is a rare type of cancer that begins in the white blood cells called T cells. Erythrodermic is a widespread red rash that may cover most of the body. ECP is a medical treatment that removes blood with a machine, isolates white blood cells and exposes them to ultra violet light, then returns the cells to the body. Mogamulizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving mogamulizumab with ECP may work together to kill the tumor cells directly (with mogamulizumab) and boost immune response to cancer (with ECP).

CD45RA Depleted Peripheral Stem Cell Addback for Viral or Fungal Infections Post TCRαβ/CD19 Depleted...

Acute LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia6 more

The major morbidities of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant with non-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) matched siblings are graft vs host disease (GVHD) and life threatening infections. T depletion of the donor hematopoietic stem cell graft is effective in preventing GVHD, but immune reconstitution is slow, increasing the risk of infections. An addback of donor CD45RA (naive T cells) depleted cells may improve immune reconstitution and help decrease the risk of infections.

Mogamulizumab and Brentuximab Vedotin in CTCL and Mycosis Fungoides

Cutaneous T Cell LymphomaMycosis Fungoides

This is an open label, single center, non-randomized dose de-escalation phase I study of combination of BV and Mogamulizumab. The primary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of the combination. The primary objective is also to explore safe dose of combination for future expansion.

Cresemba® in Treating Chinese Patients With IFD Caused by Aspergillus Species or Other Filamentous...

Invasive Fungal Disease

This study is a post-approval commitment study, and is designed to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of isavuconazole in a relatively larger Chinese population who will receive isavuconazole treatment in a post-marketing setting. This is a single arm, prospective, multi-center study. This study is seeking Chinese patients with proven, probable or possible Invasive Fungal Disease (IFD) caused by Aspergillus species or other filamentous fungi. All the participants will receive isavuconazole treatment. The longest treatment duration in this study is 84 days (up to 180 days for participants diagnosed with IM). The primary objective is to characterize the safety and tolerability of isavuconazole through observing the treatment emergent adverse events.
