The aim of the trial is to investigate the influence of IBI362 on pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body) and pharmacodynamics (the effect of the investigated drug on the body) of warfarin, metformin, warfarin, atorvastatin, digoxin in overweight or obese subjects.

The effect of Epitomee Capsule on body weight in patients with overweight and obesity with and without Prediabetes

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects, if any, exercise and a plant-based diet have on aromatase levels in postmenopausal women who are overweight and being treated with an aromatase inhibitor for their HR+ breast cancer. The study will also look at other ways diet and exercise may affect your body (for example, changing the way your breast tissue expresses or makes genes) and your quality of life.

Obesity interventions in early childhood are recommended as they have been proven to be more effective than interventions later in life. The overall aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptance of an overweight and obesity intervention in socially disadvantaged families. Participants will be families with children aged 2-6 years (n = 300) with overweight or obesity and will be recruited from three sites: Stockholm, Sweden (n = 100); Timisoara, Romania (n = 100); and Mallorca, Spain (n = 100).

The purpose of this study is to conduct a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial, evaluating the glucose-lowering and weight-loss effects of Akkermansia muciniphila WST01 strain in overweight or obese patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of pasteurized Akkermansia muciniphila (pAKK) in improving insulin sensitivity in hyperglycaemic, but otherwise healthy persons with metabolic syndrome. This is the primary objective of this study. Secondary objectives consist of evaluation of the effects of next generation beneficial microbes on metabolic health, anthropometry and body composition, and safety. Therefore, the trial is designed as a phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, multi-center trial comparing pAKK with placebo in restoring insulin sensitivity in dysglycaemic but otherwise healthy subjects with metabolic syndrome. In total, 144 enrolled participants will attend 6 study visits in total. Study visits may be conducted in the clinic, at home by a Healthcare Professional, or by telephone / telemedicine.

A Study to Assess the effect of CT-868 in hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in Overweight and Obese Participants with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

This is a study of IBI362 in participants with overweight and obesity. The main purpose is to learn more about how IBI362 affects body weight. The study period including 4-8 weeks dose titration and 40-44 weeks maintain treatment and 12 weeks follow up.
