SHARON: A Clinical Trial for Metastatic Cancer With a BRCA or PALB2 Mutation Using Chemotherapy...

Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma MetastaticBRCA1 Mutation13 more

The clinical trial is a phase 1, single-arm trial that will evaluate the safety of the investigational treatment on metastatic cancer in patients who have a deleterious or suspected deleterious BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 genetic alteration. The investigational treatment will involve 2 cycles of a combination of intravenous melphalan, BCNU, low-dose I.V. ethanol, vitamin B12b, and vitamin C in association with autologous hematopoietic stem cell infusion. A dose-escalation schedule will be employed for vitamin C.

Gemcitabine, Nab-Paclitaxel, and Bosentan for the Treatment of Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer

Stage III Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v8Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v81 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of bosentan and how well it works when given together with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel for the treatment of pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Bosentan may block the hormone endothelin and prevent the growth and spread of pancreatic cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving bosentan with chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to chemotherapy alone.

FOLFIRINOX With Digoxin in Patients With Resectable Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreas CancerAdenocarcinoma of the Pancreas

Purpose: To determine the feasibility and safety of combining digoxin as a modulator of the hypoxia pathway in combination with FOLinic acid, 5-Fluorouracil, IRINotecan and OXaliplatin (FOLFIRINOX) in patients with resectable pancreatic cancer.

Mutant KRAS G12V-specific TCR Transduced T Cell Therapy for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic CancerPancreatic Neoplasms2 more

This clinical trial will evaluate the safety and activity of mutant KRAS G12V-specific TCR transduced T cell therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer patients who express the KRAS G12V mutation and HLA-A*11:01 allele. The theoretical basis of this study is that mutant KRAS antigen-specific TCR transduced autologous Tcells will target and kill HLA-matched mutant KRAS cancer cells but not normal cells.

CAR T Cell Immunotherapy for Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic CancerCancer of the Pancreas

Phase I study to establish the safety and feasibility of both intravenous administration and local delivery of lentiviral transduced huCART-meso cells in patients with histologically confirmed unresectable or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Recruiting31 enrollment criteria

Pancreatic Cancer and Carbon Ion Radiotherapy

Pancreatic Cancer

Irradiation of non-operable pancreatic cancer with carbon ions (C12). This therapy is expected to be more effective than the current Gold Standard of photon irradiation applied in the case of non-operable pancreatic cancer.

Recruiting11 enrollment criteria

Carbon Ion Radiotherapy for Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic Carcinoma

The aim of this study is to evaluate the toxicity and tolerance of carbon ion radiotherapy for locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma (LAPC)

Ulixertinib/Palbociclib in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic and Other Solid Tumors

TumorSolid2 more

This phase I study is designed to establish the safety, maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of the ERK inhibitor ulixertinib (BVD-523) when combined with the CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib.

Chemotherapy and Irreversible Electroporation in the Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma...

Pancreas Cancer

Compare the efficacy and tolerability of IRE in combination with either FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
