Liposomal Irinotecan in Combination With Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil for Patients...
Locally Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma(LAPC)This is a phase II, single-arm, open-label, clinical study to investigate the efficacy and tolerability of a combination of liposomal irinotecan (nal-IRI) with oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil (FOLFOX-nal-IRI) for treatment of patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma (LAPC).
Ulixertinib/Palbociclib in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic and Other Solid Tumors
TumorSolid2 moreThis phase I study is designed to establish the safety, maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of the ERK inhibitor ulixertinib (BVD-523) when combined with the CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib.
Chemotherapy and Irreversible Electroporation in the Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma...
Pancreas CancerCompare the efficacy and tolerability of IRE in combination with either FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
Ceralasertib (AZD6738) Alone and in Combination With Olaparib or Durvalumab in Patients With Solid...
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaLocally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer11 moreThis phase II trial studies how well Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related (ATR) kinase inhibitor AZD6738 works alone or in combination with olaparib or durvalumab in treating participants with renal cell carcinoma (RCC), urothelial carcinoma, all pancreatic cancers, endometrial cancer, and other solid tumors excluding clear cell ovarian cancer that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 and olaparib or durvalumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not known if giving ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 with or without olaparib or durvalumab may work better in treating participants with solid tumors.
Comparing Two Treatment Combinations, Gemcitabine and Nab-Paclitaxel With 5-Fluorouracil, Leucovorin,...
Metastatic Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaStage IV Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v8This phase II trial compares two treatment combinations: gemcitabine hydrochloride and nab-paclitaxel, or fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and liposomal irinotecan in older patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, nab-paclitaxel, fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and liposomal irinotecan, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study may help doctors find out which treatment combination is better at prolonging life in older patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic Cancer and Carbon Ion Radiotherapy
Pancreatic CancerIrradiation of non-operable pancreatic cancer with carbon ions (C12). This therapy is expected to be more effective than the current Gold Standard of photon irradiation applied in the case of non-operable pancreatic cancer.
Gemcitabine, Nab-Paclitaxel, and Bosentan for the Treatment of Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer
Stage III Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v8Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer AJCC v81 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of bosentan and how well it works when given together with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel for the treatment of pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Bosentan may block the hormone endothelin and prevent the growth and spread of pancreatic cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving bosentan with chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to chemotherapy alone.
FOLFIRINOX With Digoxin in Patients With Resectable Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreas CancerAdenocarcinoma of the PancreasPurpose: To determine the feasibility and safety of combining digoxin as a modulator of the hypoxia pathway in combination with FOLinic acid, 5-Fluorouracil, IRINotecan and OXaliplatin (FOLFIRINOX) in patients with resectable pancreatic cancer.
CAR T Cell Immunotherapy for Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic CancerCancer of the PancreasPhase I study to establish the safety and feasibility of both intravenous administration and local delivery of lentiviral transduced huCART-meso cells in patients with histologically confirmed unresectable or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma
Anlotinib Plus Anti-PD-1 Antibody AK105 for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
AnlotinibAnti-PD-1 Antibody1 moreThis study was designed to explore the clinical efficacy of Anlotinib combined with Anti-PD-1 antibody AK105 in the treatment of third- and above -line advanced pancreatic cancer patients, in order to find a better therapy strategy for pancreatic cancer patients.
