Open label, non-randomized, multi-center, within-subject comparative study to evaluate the tolerability and the diagnostic utility of Lymphoseek with optional comparison to VBD in pediatric subjects with melanoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, or other solid tumor. Subject age will range from neonatal through 17 years.

This is an open label, two-stratum, phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine/docetaxel in patients ≥10 years of age with advanced sarcoma. 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel will lead to sustained disease control and/or increase the rates of objective response in patients with unresectable or metastatic soft tissue and bone sarcomas.

The purpose of this study is to find a recommended dose level of LY2940680 that can be safely given to children with medulloblastoma or rhabdomyosarcoma that has returned or doesn't respond to initial treatment. The study will also explore the changes in a cancer marker levels. Finally, the study will help document any antitumor activity.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and immunological effects of a vaccine for people diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma, osteogenic sarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. It is hypothesized that this vaccine could reduce the incidence of relapse.

9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel will lead to sustained disease control and/or increase the rates of objective response in patients with unresectable or metastatic soft tissue and bone sarcomas. This is an open label, two-stratum, phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of 9-ING-41 in combination with gemcitabine/docetaxel in patients ≥10 years of age with advanced sarcoma. Stratum A: Patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma previously treated with 0-3 prior lines of systemic therapy will receive 9-ING-41 twice weekly with gemcitabine on days 1 and 8 and docetaxel on day 8 of a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Stratum B: Patients with relapsed or refractory bone sarcoma previously treated with at least one line of systemic therapy will receive 9-ING-41 twice weekly with gemcitabine on days 1 and 8 and docetaxel on day 8 of a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Disease response assessment will be performed every 2 cycles (6 weeks) for the first 8 cycles (24 weeks), then every 12 weeks thereafter.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Doxil (liposomal doxorubicin) given prior to MR-HIFU Hyperthermia is safe for the treatment of pediatric and young adult patients with recurrent and refractory solid tumors.

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well imetelstat sodium works in treating younger patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors. Imetelstat sodium may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

The study seeks to delve into the firsthand experiences of patients diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma who partake in a separate clinical trial featuring a specific medical intervention. The primary emphasis will be on meticulously tracking the rates of trial completion and withdrawal among these individuals. The data collected from this study will help improve future outcomes for all rhabdomyosarcoma patients as well as those in under-represented demographic groups.

RATIONALE: Lithium carbonate may be an effective treatment for intestinal graft-versus-host disease caused by a donor stem cell transplant. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying lithium carbonate in treating patients with acute intestinal graft-versus-host-disease after donor stem cell transplant.

RATIONALE: Cancer treatment may have risks that affect health outcomes later. It is not yet known what health outcomes may be related to previous treatment for rhabdomyosarcoma. PURPOSE: Study to determine health outcomes in patients who have survived 5 years after receiving treatment for rhabdomyosarcoma on the Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study Group protocols.
