Cancer Panel From Blood of Lung Cancer Patients
Non Small Cell Lung Cancer MetastaticNon Small Cell Lung Cancer RecurrentMolecular profiling of lung cancers using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in the blood of patients is rapidly becoming established as a useful source of information to aid clinical decision-making. This study is aimed to to compare concordance rate between tissue based cancer panel analysis and blood based cancer panel analysis in lung cancer patients (both by NGS technique).

Eealy Improvement Predicts Antidepressants Response in Adults With Major Depression Disorder
Major Depressive DisorderEarly improvemrnt, decreased 20% in the 17 items of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) at the second week of the treatment of major depression disorder (MDD), can arguably predict the remission at the 12th week. Our observation study including 80 MDD patients will access resting-state function MRI to finding factors which infuencing early improvemrnt, respone and remission of antidepressants.

Neurocognitive DisorderMild Cognitive Impairment3 moreThe HKU Neurocognitive Disorder (NCD) Cohort is a hospital-based, prospective, observational study of older HK Chinese adults with cognitive impairment, with a special focus on studying patients with subjective cognitive decline and mild cognitive impairment.

Electroretinography: Investigation of a Protocol Change
Dark-adapted ERGThe study evaluates whether an eye test called an electroretinogram (ERG) can be shortened and still produce the same diagnostic results. The results of this study may allow test times to be reduced which will have benefits such as improved patient compliance during shorter testing and increased clinic efficiency.

VItamin K Inhibition and NeurocoGnition (VIKING)
Neurocognitive DisordersThe primary objective of this study is to determine whether patients usually taking Vitamin K Antagonists (VKAs) exhibit a poorer global cognitive performance than control patients (matched on age, gender and indication for anticoagulation) taking direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs). The secondary objectives are: to determine whether patients usually taking VKAs are more likely to have moderate to severe cognitive disorders than matched controls taking DOACs. to determine whether VKAs intake is associated with poorer executive functions. to determine on CT scans whether the VKAs intake is associated with a greater volume of vascular calcifications in the brain compared to the use of DOACs.

Multisystem Shortness of Breath Evaluation Study
DyspneaThe MUSE study is a prospective observational cohort study of patients referred to pulmonary and/or cardiology specialty clinic for evaluation of shortness of breath or dyspnea. Patients will undergo all pertinent testing and will be required to fill out a number of epidemiologic and quality of life related questionnaires. Follow up will continue for at least one year.
