Phase II Study of Gemcitabine Versus S-1 Adjuvant Therapy After Hemihepatectomy for Biliary Tract...
Biliary Tract CancerTo compare efficacy and safety of Gemcitabine versus S-1 adjuvant therapy after hemihepatectomy.
Biweekly SOLAR, as First-line C/T in Pts With Gastric, Pancreatic and Biliary Cancers
Gastric Cancer in SituPancreatic Cancers1 moreThe primary purpose of the study is to determine the maximal tolerated dose (MTD) of Oxaliplatin in this phase I study. The secondary objectives are to determine the response rate, progression free survival, overall survival, and safety profiles. Eligible patients will receive a triplet chemotherapy consisting of nab-paclitaxel (Abraxane®) 150 mg/m2 IVD 30 min followed by Oxaliplatin 60 - 85 mg/m2 IVD 2hr at D1, plus oral S-1 35mg/m2 and Leucovorin 30mg twice daily from D1 to D7, every 14 days as a cycle till disease progression.
FOLFIRINOX for 2nd-line Treatment of BTC
Biliary Tract CancerBiliary tract cancer (BTC) is rare in the West, but it is relatively high in Asia, including Korea. Currently used as the standard primary treatment in metastatic or locally advanced BTC is gemcitabine/platinum combination chemotherapy. There is no standard secondary chemotherapy recognized after the failure of the gemcitabine/platinum first line treatment. The investigators try to evaluate role of 5-FU, leucovorin, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin combination chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX) for the patients who progressed after gemcitabine/cisplatin first line chemotherapy.
Pembrolizumab and GM-CSF in Biliary Cancer
Biliary CancerThis is an open label phase II trial to examine efficacy and safety of a novel combination of pembrolizumab plus induction GM-CSF in patients with advanced biliary cancers treated at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). This phase II study will examine the efficacy and safety of the novel combination of pembrolizumab plus induction GM-CSF in advanced biliary cancer patients with the hypotheses that the combination may increase proportion of patients with overall response compared to contemporary historical controls, with acceptable safety.
Apatinib Plus Camrelizumab in Patients With Previously Treated Advanced Biliary Tract Cancer
Biliary Tract CancerCholangiocarcinoma2 moreThe investigators design a prospective clinical study to explore the efficacy and safety of apatinib plus camrelizumab in pretreated patients with advanced biliary tract malignant tumors and to analyze potential biomarkers of therapeutic response.
Trifluridine/Tipiracil and Irinotecan for the Treatment of Advanced Refractory Biliary Tract Cancer...
Advanced Bile Duct CarcinomaAdvanced Gallbladder Carcinoma16 moreThis phase II trial studies how well trifluridine/tipiracil and irinotecan work in treating patients with biliary tract cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) and has not responded to treatment (refractory). Trifluridine/tipiracil and irinotecan may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin With or Without Bintrafusp Alfa (M7824) in Participants With 1L BTC
Biliary Tract CancerCholangiocarcinoma1 moreStudy consisted of an open-label, safety run-in part and a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2/3 part. In the Phase 2/3 part, the study was evaluated whether bintrafusp alfa in combination with the current standard of care (SoC) (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) improves overall survival (OS) in chemotherapy and immunotherapy-naïve participants with locally advanced or metastatic Biliary Tract Cancer (BTC) compared to placebo, gemcitabine and cisplatin.
Gemcitabine, Oxaliplatin and Panitumumab in Kras/B-raf Wild-Type Biliary Track and Gallbladder Cancer...
Biliary Tract CancerGallbladder CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine disease response of GEMOX-Panitumumab (GEMOX-P) in KRAS/ BRAF wild-type, Stage IV, biliary tract and gallbladder cancer patients who have previously not received chemotherapy. This study will also examine the potential toxicities, progression-free and overall survival in this population.
Phase I Study of Gemcitabine or S-1 Adjuvant Therapy After Hemihepatectomy for Biliary Tract Cancer...
Biliary Tract CancerTo decide maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose of Gemcitabine or S-1 adjuvant therapy after hemihepatectomy
The Efficacy and Safety of Gemcitabine in Combination With Docetaxel to Treat Pancreatic or Biliary...
Pancreatic NeoplasmsBiliary Tract NeoplasmsThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of combination therapy with gemcitabine and docetaxelin in patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic or biliary adenocarcinoma.
