The Impact on Ovarian Reserve After Single-port, Two-port, or Four-port Access Laparoscopic Ovarian...
Ovarian CystThe purpose of this study is to investigate the impact on ovarian reserve after single- port, two-port, or four-port access laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation based on serum anti mullerian hormone change.

M5 vs. M6 Comparison Study With a Sub Study Into the Dielectric Constant of Aspirated Cyst Fluid...
Breast CystBreast Cancer FemaleThe MARIA breast imaging system is a Conformité Européenne (CE)-marked radio-frequency (RF) medical imaging device. The system employs an electromagnetic imaging technique that exploits the dielectric contrast between normal and cancerous tissues. The performance and imaging characteristic differences between the M5 and M6 versions of MARIA are not yet well demonstrated in the clinical environment, particularly with regards to cysts. The evaluation of some aspects of this potentially important new technology will occur in this comparative technical study. Further, the dielectric constant of cyst fluid is currently not well understood and obtaining readings from aspirated cyst fluid in applicable patients will be attempted.

Accuracy of Dilution of EUS-FNA Pancreatic Cyst Fluid for Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Measurement...
Pancreatic CystThe purpose of this research project is to determine if pancreatic cyst fluid can be diluted and provide an accurate Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) level. The investigators hypothesis is that pancreatic cyst fluid obtained by EUS-FNA can be diluted effectively and accurately for the measurement of CEA levels.

Cancer Detection in Pancreatic Cysts
Pancreatic CystPancreatic Pseudocyst1 moreThe purpose of this study is to assist with early and accurate diagnosis of cancer in pancreatic cysts based on the analysis of DNA obtained by endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration

Radical Versus Conservative Surgical Treatment of Liver Hydatid Cysts
Hydatid CystThe management of liver hydatid cysts (LHC) is controversial. Surgery remains the basic treatment, and can be divided into radical and conservative approaches. The purpose of this study was to compare the outcome of radical and conservative surgery (CS) in the treatment of LHC and to evaluate the efficiency and safety of radical surgery (RS).

Quantitative Ultrasound for the Evaluation of Simple Bone Cyst Healing
Simple Bone CystSimple bone cysts (SBCs), also known as unicameral bone cysts (UBCs), are benign bone lesions. Literature to date describes little agreement between clinicians on specific prognostic criteria for the prediction of cyst healing, recurrence or fracture. Evidence has shown that bone mineral density (BMD) is a reliable indicator of risk to SBC patients given its association with the mechanical properties of bone. There has been further exploration into the use of quantitative ultrasound to assess bone density by measuring the velocity of the ultrasound transmission over the bone. To determine whether the QUS can provide prognostic information with respect to cyst healing, recurrence or fracture with a SBC, further study is needed.

Registry of Pancreatic Fluid Collections and Pancreatic Cysts
Pancreatic Fluid CollectionsPancreatic CystThis registry aims to assess the outcomes of patients undergoing EUS-guided interventions of pancreatic fluid collections and EUS examination of pancreatic cyst lesions.

Trans-nasal Complete Nasolabial Cyst Excision
Nasolabial CystBackground: Nasolabial cysts are rare benign epithelial nonodontogenic soft tissue cysts arising in the nasal alar region. Sublabial excision or transnasal endoscopic marsupialization is the standard treatment. Patients and methods: Between 2019 and 2022, a descriptive retrospective study, including 20 patients who presented with Nasolabial cysts, was conducted.

The Effect of Surgery for Non Endometriosic Ovarian Cysts on Ovarian Reserve
Antimullerian HormoneOvarian Cysts1 moreThe main objective is to evaluate the ovarian reserve after laparoscopic cystectomy. The secondary objective is the analysis of predictors of change in the ovarian reserve after surgery
