Gitelman SyndromeThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of salt (NaCl) supplementation on serum potassium and clinical signs and symptoms in patients with Gitelman syndrome.

The BeLimumab Antiphospholipid Syndrome Trial (BLAST)
Antiphospholipid SyndromeAIM: The primary objective of the BeLimumab Antiphospholipid Syndrome Trial (BLAST) is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of belimumab for up to 24 months in patients with persistent aPL positivity and clinical features attributable to aPL that are resistant to warfarin and/or heparin.

Non-invasive Vagal Neurostimulation (nVNS) for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)-Induced Acute Respiratory...
Acute Respiratory Distress SyndromeAcute Lung Injury2 moreThis is a prospective, randomized, two-arm, controlled 30-day investigational pilot trial using the gammaCore Sapphire S non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation (nVNS) device + standard of care (SOC) in newly-hospitalized patients with mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI) to prevent the progression towards immunokine storms, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), severe respiratory distress, and requirement for invasive mechanical ventilation, and death, when compared to SOC alone (the control arm).

Cytokine Release SyndromeICANS4 moreThis study will evaluate the use of siltuximab to decrease the severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurological syndrome (ICANS) in patients who will receive chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for the treatment of hematological malignancies.

Study in Pediatrics With HypEREosinophilic Syndrome (SPHERE)
Hypereosinophilic SyndromeThe purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of mepolizumab in children and adolescents with hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) who are receiving standard of care (SoC) therapy.

Effectiveness of Telerehabilitation on Subacromial Pain Syndrome
Subacromial Pain SyndromeThe aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of supervised exercise therapy with active soft tissue and joint mobilization. The effectiveness of telerehabilitation- active mobilization and exercises in the evaluation of pain and function in patients with subacromial pain syndrome will be examined and compared with face-to-face treatment, which is passive manual therapy.

Noninvasive Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for Medication-Naive and Medication-Refractory RLS
Restless Legs SyndromeProspective multi-site randomized sham-controlled study evaluating tolerability and efficacy of noninvasive peripheral nerve stimulation (NPNS) for patients with moderate-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) who are either medication-naive or medication-refractory.

Postoperative Hip Bracing After Hip Arthroscopy
Femoroacetabular Impingement SyndromeAcetabular Labral TearHip arthroscopy for treatment of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS) involves reshaping of the osseous sources of impingement ("osteoplasty") and treatment of impingement-associated labral tears with labral repair. Postoperative hip braces are advocated to decrease postoperative pain by offloading hip musculature. However there are no studies looking at efficacy of hip braces after hip arthroscopy, and on average 50% of high-volume hip arthroscopists use bracing. The objective of this study is to use a randomized controlled trial to test the cited benefits of postoperative hip bracing on short term patient reported pain scores, validated hip-specific pain scores, and physical exam findings of hip flexor tendonitis.
