This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of a radioactive agent linked to an antibody (211At-BC8-B10) followed by donor stem cell transplant in treating patients with high-risk acute leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome that has come back (recurrent) or isn't responding to treatment (refractory). 211At-BC8-B10 is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy and total body irradiation before a stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cells in the bone marrow, including normal blood-forming cells (stem cells) and cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can attack the body's normal cells, called graft versus host disease. Giving cyclophosphamide, mycophenolate mofetil, and tacrolimus after a transplant may stop this from happening.

Consecutive patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C) will be recruited from the outpatient clinics of the University of Michigan Health System. Eligible patients will be asked to participate in a study that will test the efficacy the PEG 3350 + a diet low in fermentable oligo, di, monosaccharides, and polyols (FODMAP) vs. PEG 3350 plus sham diet. Blinding dietary advice trials is challenging and therefore the sham diet was based on the criteria set forth by Staudacher et al. which emphasizes that the diet must give the impression that is the true intervention diet with similar restrictions, modifications, and time intensity without impacting the intake of essential nutrients, fiber, and FODMAPs. An example of the sham diet's carbohydrates includes: apples, bananas, and pears, and wheat. Oranges, raspberries, strawberries and rice would not be allowed. Additionally, the physicians analyzing the data will be blinded as to which group the patients were randomized.

This research study is studying a research drug called AZD6738 as a possible treatment for Myelodysplastic Syndrome or Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia .

Shoulder pain accounts for 16% of all musculoskeletal complaints in the healthy adult population. Subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) is the most common cause of shoulder pain. Many patients with chronic pain from subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) will fail treatment efforts and have longstanding pain. This project will evaluate the efficacy of a novel approach to treatment, percutaneous peripheral nerve stimulation, for participants with chronic shoulder pain due to subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS).

Vestibulodynia (VBD) is a complex chronic vulvar pain condition that impairs the psychological, physical, and sexual health of 1 in 6 reproductive aged women in the United States. Here, the investigators plan to conduct a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled clinical trial to 1) compare the efficacy of peripheral (lidocaine/estradiol cream), centrally-targeted (nortriptyline), and combined treatments in alleviating pain and improving patient-reported outcomes and 2) determine cytokine and microRNA biomarkers that predict treatment response in women with distinct VBD subtypes. Positive findings from this study will readily translate to improved patient care, permitting the millions of women with VBD, their partners, and their clinicians to make more informed decisions about pain management.

This trial aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsule in the treating patients with functional dyspepsia postprandial distress syndrome(FD PDS). Half of participants will receive Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsule,while the other will receive a placebo.

Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is a strategy that infuses a fecal suspension containing a healthy donor's microbiota into a patient's gut to restore his/her intestinal microbiome. FMT has a higher cure rate than standard antibiotic treatment for recurrent Clostridium difficile infections,and shows promising results in Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）.However, few studies have evaluated whether FMT is effective to treat Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).The investigators propose to determine the efficiency and safety of FMT in patients with Irritable bowel syndrome.

Interstitial cystitis / bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) is a debilitating condition that affects millions of women in the United States. Women suffer from recurring pelvic pain, bladder pressure, painful bladder, urinary frequency (needing to go often) and urgency (feeling a strong need to go). Women are five times more likely to suffer from IC/BPS than men. IC/BPS is a common cause of painful bladder after excluding urinary tract infection. About one-third of women resort to opioids, thus contributing to the current opioid crisis. Sadly, there are no durable treatments and the majority of therapies are not FDA-approved for IC/BPS.

The Feasibility Study to Evaluate Safety and Probable Benefit of the Eclipse XL1 System in Adult Patients with Short Bowel Syndrome shall enroll up to 5 Subjects at up to 2 study sites in the United States.

The clinical trial has a randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled design, in which the effect of a probiotic mix wants to be evaluated, with a treatment of 12 weeks, in the evolution of the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The 12 weeks of the treatment are structured in four in-person visits: Visit 1 (initial; week 0), Visit 2 (halfway; week 4), Visit 3 (halfway; week 8) and Visit 4 (final; week 12).
